As an all volunteer professional organization, volunteer opportunities exist for people who want to complete a one-time task, or volunteer for a recurring responsibility, requiring only a few hours a month. Volunteering is a great way to get more involved.

In order to bring you the most relevant programs for your professional development, our goals include:
- Provide meaningful, value-added professional development and networking opportunities through monthly programs.
- Present a spirit of collaboration and community within the training profession with all industries/fields.
- Increase new and renewed membership
- Increase willingness to actively participate in Programs and other subcommittees of the Chapter
- Utilize nearby ASTD chapters to create programs
- Create registration committee to handle registration at all program events
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer Certificate program
