Our April Event:

The Six Thinking Hats

Presented by Rick Hicks

Thursday, April 17, 2008 - 7:45am-12:00pm
The Centennial Hotel - Franklin Pierce Room - Concord, NH
http://www.thecentennialhotel.com/

Experience and learn the unique team management tools of Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats. Also learn the practical applications of the tools for personal problem solving and decision making. The training is fast-paced and highly interactive. The Six Hats technique is powerfully simple; however as with any new technique or skill you need through explanation and practice.

  • Use the Six Hats to enhance problem solving and decision making while making room for creativity
  • Use Parallel Thinking as a team to generate more ideas and solutions
  • Reduce conflict among team members or meeting participants
  • Create dynamic, results oriented meetings that make people want to attend and participate
  • Keep egos and "turf protection" in check

Fortune 500 companies that use Six Thinking Hats say that their teams are more productive and now invest 50% less time in meetings. In general, they refer to their teams as happier and healthier. It requires individuals to look at all sides of an issue.
