Office Improv

Featuring Kathy Manfre

You’ve heard of Improv comedy and are probably wondering how that relates to your workplace. Studies have shown “immediate and lasting benefits from the effective, knowledgeable and sustained incorporation of improv into organizational improvement efforts.”1

Sponsored by the New Hampshire Chapter of ASTD
and the NH Affiliate of the National Human Resources Association

Today’s workplaces are in a constant state of change. To be successful in “riding the waves of change” an organization must be flexible and creative, and have employees who are willing to take risks, think out of the box, collaborate effectively and learn from mistakes. These are some of the skills used in Improv, and learning them can help you develop, or improve, your speed of decision-making, be more responsive and less reactive, and improve relationships with others. Bring your whole management team for this highly interactive program that will help you strengthen your team and take tools back to the office to increase the overall effectiveness of your organization!
