Today’s workplaces are in a constant state of change. To be successful in “riding the waves of change” an organization must be flexible and creative, and have employees who are willing to take risks, think out of the box, collaborate effectively and learn from mistakes. These are some of the skills used in Improv, and learning them can help you develop, or improve, your speed of decision-making, be more responsive and less reactive, and improve relationships with others. About the Presenter:

Kathy Manfre has a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts from the University of Dayton and a Master’s degree in Theater Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She has extensive experience teaching theater at the elementary, secondary and post-secondary levels and currently teaches for the Theater department at Franklin Pierce University. She is a proud member of Actors Equity and performs locally and regionally, including 8 seasons with the Peterborough Players. Recent performances have included a debut in the production of Plays on Tap at CentaStage in Boston and a role in Our Town with leading actor, James Whitmore.
