The next Train-The-Trainer Professional Certificate sessions are scheduled for Spring 2007. We offered 4 Core Requirement Classes this fall. In Spring 2007 we will offer 5 electives to help you achieve even better training results.

1) Create case studies that meet the goals of your organization
2) Identify the critical parts of a case study
3) Determine when case studies are an appropriate training tool
4) Learn how to find the research needed to make a case study viable
